Water Bills
- It is your responsibility to pay the water bill.
- The water bill will be sent directly to you from the water company. If you do not receive the water bill, please contact me ASAP.
- You can easily pay online using the link located at the home page of this website. The link takes you to where you can either use your checking acoount (free) or use a credit card (small fee) to make payment. You can always send in payment as well. You can also view your water bill at anytime using the same link.
- If your water bill is high, you must notify me as soon as possible, so a plumber can come out to check for any leaks. Usually a high water bill is anything higher than $60 for a 3 month period (more then $20 / month)
- We check water bill accounts periodically to make sure water bill has been paid. Please make sure your bill is paid in full.
- Not paying your water bill could lead to us having to raise your rent to cover collection costs.
- In Baltimore County, any water bill balances over certain amount may be subject to water turn off. If that happens, it usually takes a couple of weeks to get water turned back on and there is a large fee associated with it. So please stay current with your water bill.
